Individual and Couples Therapy
Externally capable.
Internally carrying a lot.
Many of the adults and couples we work with often appear composed while privately carrying far more than others see. Our practice offers a space to slow down, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and create lasting change.
Deeper
understanding.
Meaningful
change.
Therapy here is active, present, and deeply human.
Your therapist works alongside you to understand familiar patterns and explore what happens emotionally as they arise. Together, we practice new ways of responding—whether that means voicing a need, setting a boundary, or staying connected through a difficult conversation.
Our work is grounded in evidence-based methods and shaped around your needs and goals.

Frequently asked
questions.
What can I expect from a consultation?
A consultation is a chance to share what brings you to therapy, ask questions, and learn about working with our practice. We’ll discuss your needs, preferences, and availability to help you find a clinician who may be a good fit.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out.
Do you accept insurance?
We are an out-of-network practice and do not participate in insurance networks. We provide itemized receipts, often called superbills, that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Coverage depends on your plan, including your out-of-network deductible and the amount your insurer allows for each service. Reimbursement is not guaranteed.
Before beginning therapy, we recommend asking your insurer:
- Do I have out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits?
- What is my out-of-network deductible, and how much remains?
- What is the allowed amount per session, and what percentage of that amount does my plan reimburse?
- Are there session limits, authorization requirements, or telehealth restrictions?
- What documentation do I need to submit a claim?
If you’re seeking couples therapy, ask specifically whether your plan covers this service and under what conditions. We can provide the relevant billing information for your planned treatment.
What are your session fees?
Please contact us for the fee for your preferred clinician and type of therapy. We’ll confirm the cost and payment arrangements before you begin, so you know what to expect.
Do you offer in-person and virtual therapy?
Yes. We offer in-person appointments at 1115 Broadway in New York, NY, and virtual appointments. Appointment format and availability depend on the clinician.
For virtual therapy, we’ll confirm that your clinician can see you in the state where you’ll be located during sessions.
How do I choose a therapist?
You can explore our team’s profiles or reach out for help choosing. We’ll consider what you’d like support with, your preferences, and scheduling availability to help you find a good match.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, are charged the full session fee.
When possible, we try to offer an opportunity to reschedule to help avoid a missed-session charge. Please discuss availability and whether the fee will apply with your clinician; rescheduling cannot be guaranteed.
