Founder & Clinical Director
Dr. Erika Bach, Psy.D.
Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Individual & Couples Therapy
Dr. Bach works with adults and couples who want to feel more secure in themselves and more connected in their relationships. Many of her clients are accustomed to holding things together while privately struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, or patterns they understand intellectually but find difficult to change. She brings warmth, curiosity, and active engagement to helping them understand what keeps them stuck and explore new ways forward.
Her approach is relational, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed, with close attention to how earlier experiences shape present-day feelings, expectations, and relationships. Sessions are collaborative and experiential: alongside making sense of the past, Dr. Bach helps clients work with emotions as they arise, notice physical responses, and practice expressing needs that may have been difficult to recognize or share. She is attentive to each person’s pace, making room for both vulnerability and the discomfort that can accompany change.
In her work with couples, Dr. Bach draws on Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy to help partners understand the cycle that leaves them arguing, withdrawing, or feeling alone together. She helps each partner give words to the hurt, fear, and longing beneath those reactions—and supports them in responding to one another with greater openness and care. The work focuses on building a relationship in which both people can feel heard, valued, and able to turn toward each other in difficult moments.
Across individual and couples therapy, Dr. Bach approaches treatment as a shared process. Goals are developed together and revisited along the way, with attention to how the work translates into everyday life: a clearer boundary, a more honest conversation, greater self-compassion, or a different response to a familiar trigger.

Alongside her relational and psychodynamic foundation, she draws on somatic awareness, mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring treatment to each client’s needs and preferences.
Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Tina Pappalardo, Psy.D.
Individual & Couples Therapy
Dr. Pappalardo works with adults and couples navigating relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, and complex trauma. Her clients may be trying to make sense of a loss, feeling caught in familiar patterns, or questioning who they are and what they need. She offers a warm, engaged, and collaborative space to explore these experiences and develop a more compassionate relationship with themselves and others.
Grounded in psychodynamic and relational approaches, her work explores how earlier experiences shape present-day emotions, expectations, and ways of connecting. Dr. Pappalardo helps clients deepen their emotional understanding, recognize patterns that may no longer serve them, and consider new ways of responding. She views therapy as a shared process, responsive to each person’s needs, goals, and pace.
In her work with couples, Dr. Pappalardo helps partners explore how their histories and emotional needs influence what happens between them. Together, they work to understand recurring difficulties, express feelings and needs more openly, and make room for each partner’s experience. Her approach supports greater understanding and more intentional ways of relating.
Dr. Pappalardo attends closely to how intersecting identities and lived experiences shape a person’s inner world and relationships. She brings openness, respect, and humility to this exploration, making space for the complexity of each client’s story and what meaningful change looks like for them.
